“No counselors available AT ALL nor any TESTING available AT ALL for people with Care Oregon (OHP) even though they're listed as a provider. Now, that isn't because they don't have ANY staff that accept this insurance, but it's probably a bare minimum number of staff to keep whatever incentives are offered for taking OHP patients. I wonder if it's like when an apartment building boasts subsidized apartments...but only have 5 subsidized units out of 100 so they can claim government write offs.”
