“I love that they offer virtual appointments. I'm on the road a lot for work, sometimes pretty last minute, so knowing that I could pull over for an hour and then be on my way again is a huge win. And the Zoom platform worked smoothly. She was super nice and set clear expectations upfront. Normally they don't prescribe at the first appt but I'm having a bit of a meds emergency and she was able to make sure that we could get a refill on the prescription I really needed. I appreciate that it sounds like they really do their due diligence before prescribing medication. I was repeatedly prescribed a medication many years ago by a few different doctors because I "didn't give it enough of a chance" despite telling them that it quickly made my issues worse, so to hear that they don't usually prescribe right away and that there are full processes for certain meds is reassuring (even if it means a bit of a delay in what I'm hoping to have addressed). She is also able to get me in for a follow up only a week after the first appt, which is blowing my mind a bit because I was lucky if I could get in to see my last psychiatrist within 6 months of the last appt and I was one of his very first patients. After a hugely disappointing fail trying to start up with Talkiatry, I'm really optimistic about this new provider.”

“I saw A. Logan. In the Beaverton office. She was dismissive, she showed no emotion at all so it was very difficult to talk to her. Then said part way through the visit that she cannot help me, that if I did something wrong to myself she’d be liable. I was already in therapy but needed my psych meds changed. She just continued to list reasons why I couldn’t be there. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO IF YOU NEED ACTUAL HELP. She referred me to life works NW for the same type of therapy THAT IM ALREADY GETTING! She didn’t even listen long enough to know that. It was a waste of time.”
