Bringing TMS on as our main sales center and customer service center has been one of the smartest decisions I've ever made. They are quick to respond (even after hours) and are even quicker in implementing and setting up campaigns/ new procedures. They maintain a steady conversion rate, AOV, RPC, talk time, hold time etc...
