“I feel like when the provider availability on the website isn't transparent, it wastes everyone's time. "Generally accepts new clients, but there may be a waitlist" means NO, they're not accepting new clients. 👍 It would save everyone a lot of trouble if they could just say that, especially when most folks that are seeking therapy have an urgent need and/or limited emotional energy. I can't speak to the provider quality, but based on the lack of availability, I'd bet they're stretched pretty thin.”
