“Salem TMS location My experience at this TMS location has been disappointing. The staff member providing my treatments consistently showed a cold and non caring demeanor which made the process feel more stressful than supportive. TMS is already a vulnerable experience and feeling dismissed or emotionally unsupported during sessions made things harder instead of better. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this location. A more compassionate and engaged approach from the person administering my treatments would make a significant difference.”

“Incompetent indoc process. They have you answer the same questions over and over (3 for us)and then call and ask again. They also seemed to really push meds despite being told i was not interested. Probably a scam corp looking to pocket insurance cash. Run fast run FAR.”
